I use the app in the past on my iPad with no trouble. I now have an iPhone and wanted to use this app, so I paid for the premium subscription thinking that seating charts were available. Nothing on the website or the App Store indicates that seating charts are not available on the iPhone. Heads up, they are not. After waiting three days for reply to request for help, I did receive messages on my email and on the app informing me that this option is not available on the iPhone but might be in the future. While it is a wonderful app, I purchased the premium subscription with the intent of using the seating chart.
