Ripped me off and I’m angry

I used to use this app and really liked it. I used it for 8 years and now it won’t let me log in even though I have paid for the year. Nobody ever responds to the chat and I can’t find a phone number. RIP OFF do not buy.

Customer Support is nonexistent!

I have used this app for years with no problems. Two weeks ago my account locked me out, even with the paid subscription. I sent 4 messages with error screenshots over the two weeks and received no reply from their support staff. I have deleted the app and will never use this again!!!!!!

Loved the app-now disappointed and frustrated.

I pay for the premium version of this app and do a yearly auto renewal. For the second year in a row right around the time of auto renewal it states I don’t have premium access yet my credit card has been charged, apple has checked their end and no one will respond to my support questions at TK. I now have not had access to a paid app that I utilize daily for over 10 days. Customer service has been terrible and there is no phone number to call for contact. Needless to say I have started looking for other app options for attendance/seating charts and would like a refund if they ever respond which I’m not holding my breath for.

Problems in login

Unfortunately, the application is bad and full of programming problems, there is no real development, and customer service does not communicate well. I will cancel my annual subscription if they do not contact me regarding my problem, which was at the beginning. After the annual renewal, I did not get the additional features and I could not log out. I had to delete the application and download it again, and it no longer accepts logging in to my account. I contacted them before deleting the application from my account, and I also contacted them after deleting the application and downloading it again, and there was no response at all. I advise you not to download the application.

Not working

Unable to log in or even use the app after using it for the past year. System has been down consistently. No communication from the developers or acknowledgment of problems. I am canceling my subscription. I did find the app useful and helpful in our class. Disappointed to see the poor management of this app by the developers.

No customer service

Updated again: Renewal of subscription and NO SERVICE for 2 months now. NO REPLY to contact from customer. Very disappointing. Updated: After months of no response, an update has arrived that fixes the problems described belowーso I have updated my star rating. However, I am still really worried and have begun keeping paper records in case this disaster ever happens again. Great app but zero service when there are problems. I have never written a review, but this seems to be my only hope at getting help. I’ve contacted them and had no response for months. The app removed my paid features despite having an active subscription, so in the middle of a semester, I can’t keep accurate records. Also, the option for syncing stopped working a couple months ago, and when I contacted them, I also still haven’t gotten a reply. It always says they are out of the office until Sunday, but week after week, there is no reply, and now I am paying for an app but not getting the paid features that help me to do my job. I suspect there is a staffing shortage or something, so I hope that this review will get someone’s attention because soon I may have to switch to another form of record keeping.

Keeps crashing

It has a of cool features but if it won’t stay open, I can’t use it.

Been using for less than a day, just in the process of making a class and adding my students, I've had the app crash and close 6+ times

Crashes multiple times as I’m trying to start using it. At this point I wouldn’t consider using it in my classroom

التطبيق جيد ولكن المشكلة هي في التواصل مع الدعم الفني ايضاً عند عمل استعادة لكلمة المرور لاتصل الرسالة إلى البريد الإلكتروني ايضاً حاولت التواصل معهم للاشتراك ولكن لا حياة لمن تنادي يبدو ان مطور التطبيق أهمله ولم يعد يهتم به كان صرحاً من خيال فهوا

No communication, Repeatedly experiencing same problem

Easy to use, unless you work with multiple devices. I’ve paid for this app for several years. Whenever I want to upload or download, it tells me I can’t because I am a free user. I have contacted them a number of times, and if I get a response, it is months late and only temporarily fixes the problem, or doesn’t. It’s too bad because the app showed so much promise.

Can’t join premium

I downloaded this app and tried it for few days. I really like it interface the options it offers. When I can I wanted to join premium, I couldn’t do it within the app. The option to join premium doesn’t seem to exist on this app. Any solutions?

ZERO app support

I have emailed multiple times. I have tried the "reset your password" button over a dozen times with ZERO response back. I tried the "message us" button to chat...and yet NOTHING. The app is great, but my district won't let me update to the current version. In all of that, I have tried for over a year to get a hold of someone at this company and get nowhere. I've lost all 24 of my seating charts by not being able to log in. As a music teacher of over 500 students, the seating charts are crucial for me. Alas, I will have to look elsewhere.

Subscription

I have been using this app since 2017 I believe. I love it. Although right now I need support and I am not getting it. It says I don’t have the premium subscription yet I do. It doesn’t expire until February. No one is answering my requests for help.

Appears to be abandoned software

I had used the app for several years, but the authors no longer appears to support it. I have renewed my annual subscription (twice!) to unlock the key features I need - attendance categories - but the software does not acknowledge the renewal, confirmed by Apple, and ITWorx tech support has not responded to my requests for two weeks. This is an eternity for software designed to help me organize daily data, and Apple will not refund me after the second renewal attempt. I’m reluctantly shopping for a new app to replace this. From App Store reviews, it appears other users have faced similar neglect from ITWorx. Caveat emptor: avoid the in-app purchases with this software.

NO customer service

Been using the app for a few years. Latest update caused log in error. Even after resetting my password, still can’t log in. Been trying to get a hold of support but no response. Very frustrating

CrashKit

When it works, this APP is very useful. That said, it had been crashing increasingly more often of late and since today’s “update” to 2.21.10 - it won’t even open. It’s finals week here and I can’t get into the app. I’ve been paying for the premium version of this app for years. It does most of what I want it to... when it works. I’ve been trying to find out what happened to the auto backup feature for nearly two years now. Customer service is anemic or non-responsive. Todays “update” was the first in more than a year.

Homeschool Doesn’t work

I am a mother of 2 kids. I homeschool them and downloaded this app thinking it would help me get neat, but it wouldn’t let me use “homeschool” as a school. I think that they should make it a priority to be sure it is suitable for parents who homeschool there children.

No support and crashes

I’ve had this app for a couple of months, and after a few weeks, it stopped letting me login. I subscribed to it and everything. I tried to get some support but nobody ever answered me. This has left me unable to use the app.I can’t login on my phone anymore and when I use my iPad, it doesn’t let me sync anything. This app is garbage.

Useful and easy

I use this app every day. Loaded pix and can even print out a seating chart for the sub (screenshot). However, it frequently says I have not paid and blocks my seating chart. Tech support does not respond for weeks at a time. I'm very frustrated because when it works it is a useful tool.

Great but…

I usually used this app a lot. I risk myself into buying the full app; however, now I can’t access it and there is no way to use the forget pasword option.

TeacherKit Student

The student version is shutting down after students open it and has now been taken off the AppStore. This is a paid subscription service therefore changes to the app or services should be communicated to subscribers. The level of service and customer service is subpar.

I lost $40…

I paid for yearly (confirmed by checking my apple subscriptions) and the app has still locked me out of premium features… Not receiving any help from them after contacting. Don’t buy it.

So very disappointed

You jumped on the bandwagon to make sure this is unusable unless I pay for a subscription. It didn’t used to be that way. I’ll be using a spreadsheet from now on.

Sync error

Can’t really sync the photos I take for my students, support promised they will fix it, that was one week ago. Nothing changed yet

When I realized the cost of 806 dollars I tried to exit out off the registration process when I got an message saying they had processed my credit card. I just want a refund

When I tried to log back in

When I tried to register it said your email was already used so I went to log in. In log in it said this gmail has not been used! Your app is horrible and made me cry and angry! Get better at graphics or else I will sue you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Removed functionality

I have used this app all year to keep track of my seating charts. Two weeks ago they suddenly blocked this feature behind a paywall! No warning, just removed a key function of the app in the middle of the school year. Shameful.

Mid semester changes

Please, please, please stop making major changes mid semester. If you were truly serving the teachers with this app, you would realize that making major changes mid year is extremely inconvenient. I like this app. I use it every day.

My Rating

I think this app is a 5 star because they keep track of your students. This helps with my students remotely. Personally I think it will work with you students the only flaw is that you need to pay to get better teaching experience.

Good app

I love the app but I was wondering if you guys could add to where you can mark assignments missing, Late, And Excused!

Will not save seating charts! And many other issues!

Used to work great...now it is a nightmare. Duplicates new students, will not sync, does not save my seating charts( if I go to print or close out of the class the students are moved around) and I keep getting an internal error message. The support is non-existent and when they do respond they have no answer or it will take weeks to fix, if ever. Currently looking for a new app to use

Crashing

It kept me organized last year but now that I’ve started my new classes it keeps crashing with I click attendance and grade book!!! Edit: started working for a few weeks and now is crashing AGAIN Crashing for more than a week! Send help. I don’t want to use something else bc I spent so much time setting up this!

Can’t even add students to get started. When I add one, it duplicates them. When I try to delete one it crashes. Not a good start for a crazy year.

FAILED REPEATEDLY

I have used this app for several years and I was getting ready to teach new teachers to use it at our school tomorrow, but now that I have updated it EVERY TIME I attempt to open it, it just crashes again and closes out. I am so frustrated and so disappointed because it’s already been a tough year with COVID-19 and the app that I have relied upon for years — and was hoping to teach other teachers to use — is now useless. What a waste of effort and money...

Glitching

I’ve just started using the app but every time I add a kid it closes the whole app. Then sometimes it adds the kid twice. Trying to figure out how to edit a class was difficult.I’m hoping if I can get it set up it should save me a lot of time on attendance.

App refresh is super annoying

I really love this app, but recently it keeps refreshing and returning to the page that lists all my classes. So I’m in the middle of the class, using the attendance and behavior features but if I lock my phone it returns me to the main menu. It’s super annoying and I’m considering changing apps as a result

Premium Subscription?

Went through the process for a monthly “Premium” subscription, and nothing works. App states I am subscribed, but no features work. App “Support” link is a dead end. No “Contact” link works either, so there is no way to find out what the problem is. So far, this is a big mistake.

Need support

I subscribed at the premium, but the free week ends it demands to be a premium to access all features and when I do subscribe it gets me out from the app
