Customer service

From time to time every app experiences problems. TeacherKit is no exception. But, every time I experienced a problem and reported it to the support personnel I received a quick reply. The customer service person was polite and asked questions to truly understand what was going wrong. I even received a follow up notice letting me know when a release would happen that would resolve the issue.
